Airworthiness & certification

Equipment such as trolleys should not just be designed and manufactured to “meet” the exacting airworthiness standards. They must be officially approved and certified by relevant Civil Aviation authorities before they can be safely embarked on a commercial aircraft.

  • The SafeTrolley cart in its current design and make had been certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA Form 1 – Approval 21.G.0007).
  • The SafeTrolley™ embedded tag works using ultra-low RFID frequency. It has undergone the required electromagnetical interferences test conducted by certified lab Emitech and complies with RTCA DO 160 standard.
