The SafeTrolley™ system is articulated around the following key components.

The SafeTrolley™ cart

Available in both half and full-size and in any galley standard (Atlas, ACE or KSSU)

• Built-in strong 4-points locking mechanism : the upper flat steel bolt goes through the upper staple. Once sealed or padlocked, there is now way unlike conventionnal carts the SafeTrolley™ trolley door can be openned without tampering the seal or breaking the padlock.
• Embedded electronic tag based on a passive low-frequency RFID technology with flash memory, light and motion sensors and a long-lasting battery

The SafeBeacons™

A network of stand-alone antennas that detect any SafeTrolley™ cart passing by and “mark” it with date and time.

The SafeBeacons™ mut be installed where liability shifts occur (e.g. at the loading dock of the handling company), thus delimiting in an indisputable manner various areas of responsabilies.

The Transfer Station

Located at your packing facility, it will contactlessly download the data stored in the SafeTrolley™ cart on return.

The SafeLog™  software

Combining a data-base, various bespoke interfaces and a web-based query and report software, SafeLog™ will store, interpret and analyse the downloaded data. It can produce flight incident reports, statistics and trigger various alerts to authorized staff.
